Ta-da, an update! Go me. I'm also sneaking a survey in here, but it still counts. It's Saturday, and the house is clean, and I feel very happy. My parents came to town on Thursday, which was nice. They bought us groceries! So many groceries! I am drunk with grocery goodness. My mom and I also went to Catherines, where they were having a massive sale. I got three new work shirts and a cute sweatsuit and a pair of earrings. She got three shirts and two pairs of pants and some sunglasses. The total bill? 112 dollars. Wooo! And Lauren is coming to visit this week, that will be lovely fun.Her bed is covered with things, but most of them are hers. Have to figure out what to do about that. Anyhoo, Mike is still sleeping and I am bored, so here is a survey that Gayle ganked from Carla and I ganked from Gayle.

1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
Insurance. Big chunks of awful bill, for benefits we've yet to see. Hates it. And it's due right now.

2. What's the best place to eat a romantic dinner?
We like to go to Red Lobster, the Red Lobster in Champaign was where we went the first night of our honeymoon, and we're going there for our anniversary.

3. Last time you Puked from Drinking?
I have never puked from drinking. The last time I got drunk, I let Wes put lewd suggestions on our wall and left it up till my parents came to visit.

4. When is the last time you got drunk and danced on a bar?
I'm not that athletic

5. Name of your First Grade Teacher?
Mrs. Watson. Or General Watson, as we called her in second grade when she wouldn't let us trade lunches. She was cool. There should be more first grade teachers like her.

6. What do you really want to be doing right now?
I need to go buy a bra to make my new shirts look nicer.

7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I've always wanted to be a lawyer. I went through a brief astronaut phase, till lack of Space Camp and fear of heights persuaded me out of it.

8. How many colleges did you attend before you settled on the one you graduated from?
Just one. Four years of Knox and plenty of knowledge earned me my useless degree.

9. Why did you wear the shirt that you have on right now?
It's my new sweatsuit! It's so comfy and not too hot. And blue. I love it well.

10. Gas Prices! First Thought?
Argh, just kill me now. If we didn't get good mileage with the SAAB, we'd be even more screwed.

11. If you could move anywhere and take someone with you?
I actually really like Champaign, if only we could get a little more money and Mike could get into school. But wherever I move, he's the one I'd take with me, and the fids, of course.

No alarm today, lazy Saturday, woo!

13. Last thought before falling asleep last night?
Thinking about the new stilts we put on the bed yesterday. Sleeping five inches higher is weird the first night. Also wondering if I should turn off the air conditioner.

Granny panties in pretty colors

15. Favorite style of Underwear for the opposite sex?
Boxers. They're easier to fold.

16. What Errand/Chore do you despise?
I hate cleaning my house. All of it. I especially hate doing laundry.

17. If you didn't have to work would you?
Put it this way, if I had enough money to never work again, I would never find a job, and I would probably quit school (after taking the tax classes.) Working does not fulfill some great psychological need in me.

18. Get up early or sleep in?
I like to stay up until early, and then sleep in.

19. Your favorite cartoon character?
I like Stewie from Family Guy, though the rest of that family makes my skin crawl. He's so small and evil.

20. Favorite NON sexual thing to do at night with a girl/guy?
Roleplaying games. =D

21. A secret that you wouldn't mind everyone knowing?
If I had a million units of currency, I'd still want a piece of cheese.

I quite like it. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those in need of kitchen appliances.

I can't get over the feeling that Myspace is incredibly dumb. Like LJ, but you don't even have to write things.

Flaming Hot Cheetos. Mmmmm.

Indians, cause bows and arrows are wicked cool.

Sometimes, especially in really bad movies like Serenity. I wanted the Blue Team to win. Or the Space Apaches.

Mike did one of those facial recognition programs with my picture, but I don't think the results were flattering.

I've never seen an episode, I have no clue.

Sprite cut with water, saltine crackers, and cartoons.

38. Who from High School would you like to run into?
Laura Seabarkrob or Mark Bowden. I know where Laura is, but I haven't seen Mark since graduation.

Mike's dirty little secret is that he listens to all pop radio.

Getting mad at Mike and eventually not giving him his Valentine card. Luckily, our anniversary is Monday.

The guy in the office across from my cubicle started screaming with rage the other day. It was a little unnerving.

45. If you could get away with it who would you kill?
I plead the fifth! And the fourth and the sixth for good measure! Also the fourteenth!

There never seems to be one around when I set something on fire.

"Little Teddy Left Behind." I think we need to stop hanging out with the preschool crowd.

I have many teddy bears, going all the way back to the venerable To-to, from when I was just a baby.

On an airplane

50. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?
San Diego, for research purposes. Yes.

I don't text. That's why God gave us AIM.

52. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or relationship?
New career. This relationship is working well for me.

53. Do you go to church?
I do, but not regularly. We're still looking for a good church.

54. Pen or pencil?
Pencil for gaming, pen everywhere else.

55. Describe your favorite day?
Hmm, how about sleeping in late, fooling around, then going out to eat, going shopping, going to see a movie or a play, eating a late supper at a nice restaurant, then going home, watching television, and snuggling.

About 7

57. What would be your "dream job"?
Putting bad guys in jail and making lots of money. It's not exactly a reasonable dream, but I like it.

58. What do you want to achieve in life?
I want to finish my education, help Mike finish his education, get jobs, pay off our loans, and settle down somewhere where we are both happy.
