Hey, it's November! Time to start thinking about Christmas! Now that I'm not as pissed off as I was earlier, it is time to turn my attention to lists of a more pleasant sort. I'm actually going to make a Christmas list this year. Not just a Christmas list, but a general "I want" list. I have a hard time saving money. If I can write down all the things there are to be wanted, perhaps I will save up for some of them instead of pissing away my money willy-nilly. So here we go.
Christmas Wants:
Soda Club Home Soda-Making machine: 150.00, with supplies for 150 liters (Please, Mom and Dad!)
Soundtrack to Thoroughly Modern Millie: 13.99
Angel Falls, by Nora Roberts: 23.00, unless it's in PB by then
Civilization IV: 40.00
Big Wants
China Cabinet: 250 dollars (for a nice one)
Queen Size Bed: 300 dollars
MP3 Player: 100 dollars
End to credit card debt (I'm already working on this one, put 100 dollars towards it today, yay!)
A new (used) car!: Waaaay lot of cash monies
General Wishes:
A better job for Mike
Sucessfully surviving finals
Bugs out of the kitchen!
The spare room emptied out
Time and energy to clean the house
A happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas
