AIM is being hateful again today, even though I have a real-live client this time and not just AIM express nonsense. It won't let me sign on properly under Electra310 this morning, possibly because it seems to sometimes have trouble figuring out that Trillian is people too, and I left that signed on at home. In any case, if you would like to talk to me today, I created a new downtime screename (which in fairness, I'd been thinking about doing anyway.) You can get ahold of me at "karenpulaski". I'll be nattering around online all day, as usual.
In other news, last night I got Jeremy to eat from my hand for the first time, mostly because he was really hungry. The other birds are becoming resigned to the fact that they do not get much birdseed anymore, because they have to eat mash now, but Jeremy is stubborn. So I put some birdseed in my hand and picked him up, and damned if he didn't sit on my hand and chow down till he'd eaten every last morsel. It tickled a lot. The other birds, not as hungry and desperate, still won't do that. Oh well. They're still awfully cute.
Edit:Farking AIM! Now it doesn't work at all. I don't understand what's wrong with it. I will be trying more to get on later, but for now just email me. Gah.
