Teh Winner Is Me!!!111

So, very busy day today. Got up at 7am and drove with Mike to Freeport for our premarital counselling. That was pretty good, we took personality assessment tests and worked through little questionnaire sheets about our relationship. It was actually pretty fun, and not nearly as nervousmaking as I thought it might be. After hearing Chris and Evie's horror story, I was a little concerned. But it's all good. We need to fit in two or three more appointments, or just one if we can squeeze into a Family Life weekend conference sometime before the wedding. The pastor who's doing the wedding was actually my youth pastor, so he says he's no expert on this sort of counselling, and a conference would do us a world of good. So we'll see. We figure that given our schedules, if there is a conference that we could possibly go to, it must be God's will. =)

After that, we ate lunch with my folks, then went to the tux store and got Mike measured for his tuxedo (he looked super-hot even in the jacket they gave him just for fitting), and picked out a few final contenders for invitations. Then we went to the bookstore and came home. I could say that's all that happened... but I would be lying.
