In this period of extraordinary unproductivity, I have finally completed one thing of beauty! I share it with you all!

The same person bought this year's bouquet as last year's, so I tried to mix it up a little. I also took the time to do a photodocumentary, which I present to you here:

It's funny, well, I think it's funny, at least, and it's best viewed by going one picture at a time and reading the captions along with. There are many special guest stars, including myself!

Well one of the books I used for this one, Origami Made Easy, by Irmagard Kneissler, is not bad, though it doesn't have all the nice beginning designs I would like. I had a great beginners book when I was back in middle school and just getting started, but I have long since passed it to my little sister and I can't remember the name. Really the most important part of it is finding a book with a lot of pictures, and very clear diagrams and instructions. Those fold a day calendars and the diagrams that come with origami paper are pretty useless unless you already know the basics. If yu know anyone near you who folds, they can probably show you a few basic shapes.

As for the rose, that one's really easy, though it's technically cheater origami (needs glue). I found it online, you can see it here;
