Hi! Thank you for your interest in the Choo Choo Bear mood icons. If you're reading this, I've probably sent you here after an inquiry in my journal. I'm afraid that I can't go totally step by step through the proceedure, as it was different for me when I made them than it will be for you now. But this is the basic way you ought to do it, if you're willing to invest the time.
First off, you must have a paid account to create a mood theme. And even then, it is not too easy to use the Choo-Choo Bear mood theme, even though it is rewarding (IMHO). =)
First, go to this URL It will give you a list of all the pictures I use for Choo-Choo's moods. Right clicking and hitting "properties" on each picture will give you the proper URL for the picture. You may use my stored images, so you can simply cut and paste those URLs into the Mood Theme Creator that is a new feature on LJ. It's very handy, and not something I had when I was building the set initially, so you're lucky!
Once you have all of the proper URLs places with the right moods (remember to turn off nesting!) you can create the mood theme, and it will be your own personal theme you can use for your journal. If you only want some of the pictures, instead of fooling with dozens of individual images that make the whole set, leave nesting on, switch the picture view on that initial URL to table mode, and only input the URLs for the top-level emotions, with nesting turned on in the mood theme creator. This will make every subordinate emotion have the same picture as the top level emotion. It's much faster, but you get some weird results at certain places in the theme.
Also, my set of mood icons is not the same as the SomPos icons, but if you want to get those instead, they are available by checking here: http://www.livejournal.com/community/som_pos/644751.html . They might be easier to get, as the author apparently packed them into a zip file, whereas I am merely making my hosted images available.
