I've had this song stuck in my head for hours now. And it makes me very happy. It's a bouncy sort of ska tune that I found when I was in high school, all about this guy who has a day full of weird incredible stuff happening, but passes it all off because this is an average day. Then, at the end of the day, he goes to bed early, because tomorrow's going to be a big day, not an average day. I must find and download this song. I probably own it somewhere at home, maybe I can find it when I'm there.

I'm going home this weekend for my birthday! Yay me! I haven't been home in a long long time. Not since Christmas. My folks are picking me up tomorrow afternoon. Yay! Presents! And seeing high school friends! And all my relatives! And Walter, who Kirsten says is growing sociable and chirpy. I miss that little bird.

Speaking of birds, I've got to get a wiggle on, as I am out of birdseed and the guys don't seem to be enjoying the Rice Krispies I put in their bowl this morning. So off I go!

I just wanted to say what a good mood I'm in now, since so often I only post when I'm bitterly angstful. I'm not that way all the time, honest! I'm going to try and make an effort to post when I'm happy, too. Like now!
