Today I really did sleep almost all day long. And I'm still tired. It's very strange. Tomorrow I need to work in the morning, so I can't sleep till noon. That's a good thing, maybe I'll actually get some stuff done.
Maybe it's my diet; maybe I'm not getting enough protein. My food consumption today was 4 sodas, a box of macaroni and cheese, a handful of potato chips, a peach, and a cucumber. Fruits and veggies, check, carbs, check, proteins... no check. Is there such a thing as a protein vitamin?
